Background

The Quality Council of India (QCI) is a government body responsible for setting quality standards in various industries. To assess the performance of Inspection and Certification Bodies (ICBs) affiliated with QCI, ADG Online Solutions conducted an independent survey. For the feedback survey of one thousand bodies, the survey methodology included 50 on-site visits and rest data collection through online surveys, emails, and calls.
